Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs Croissants & Brioche

Served from 7.00 am Monday to Saturday 9.00am Sunday

Breakfast can be served earlier if required

The Menu varies daily to reflect the seasons and fresh products sourced locally whenever possible

English Breakfast Tea or Freshly Percolated Coffee

De-caffeinated Coffee

A wide variety of Herbal Teas

Orange, Apple or Tropical Fruit Juices

Fresh Seasonal Fruits or Fruit Salad

A wide variety of cereals including:

Weetabix, Kellogg’s Cornflakes and home-made Muesli

Boiled Egg with Buttered or Marmite Soldiers

Scrambled Egg with Scottish Salmon on Toast with Tomato

Porridge – with Cows, Rice or Soya Milk

Full English breakfast:

sausages, bacon, fried egg and home-grown tomatoes and mushrooms

A selection of fresh French Croissants, Brioche etc

Homemade Bread

Toast, Butter, Cambridgeshire Jams, Marmalade, Honey

Please allow 2 hour’s notice for hot snacks and pre-order meals 1 day in advance,

Still and sparking water

Jacket Potato (Oven- baked) filled with:

Cheddar Cheese, Baked Beans or Tuna Mayonnaise and served with a Fresh Side Salad

French Fries served with a Fresh Side Salad

Freshly prepared mixed salad using locally produced products where possible

Main Course@£25 each:

Fish Cakes with Mushy Peas and Rough Mash

Spaghetti Carbonara and Tomato and Mint Salad

Chicken and Apricot Casserole with Jacket Potato

Vegetation Thai Green Curry with Rice
